Kristina is a veteran of the equity compensation industry for over 12 years. She began as a Stock Plan Administrator for a large corporate issuer, and then moved into client service roles overseeing major client relationships for one of the premier financial and corporate services firm in the equity compensation space.
After spending many years in administration and client relationship management, Kristina took on responsibility for administration best practices, product strategy and management deliverables for technology and data management products used to service over 1,000 clients. Finally, and just prior to founding Planmosaic, Kristina worked as a Technical Process Consultant and Strategic Partnership Executive for a leading equity compensation consulting firm.
