Brian McGovern, VP of Operations
Brian has been integral in the development of Planmosaic's client relationship, client implementation, and our overall customer service infrastructures. Brian has over 11 years of experience in the equity compensation industry. He has extensive experience in implementations and client management.
Prior to working with Planmosaic, Brian served as an Equity Compensation Consultant for almost 2 years with Stock & Option Solutions. He worked as an implementation manager for UBS CEFS Group as well as 7 years experience in various roles with Smith Barney. He obtained his CEP designation in June of 2003 and holds a BAA degree in Business from Baruch College.
His experience in the industry has been critical in helping our clients understand and implement solutions that are right for them. Brian represents Planmosaic at industry events and conferences.
